I give my clients what they want and need. I’m closing in on a decade of ensuring all clients feel listened to.

My focus is on helping men become their most capable and confident selves by getting stronger and getting back in shape.

I understand that you want to know more about exercise so that you feel clear on what you need to do when you go to the gym so that you don’t look silly.

I understand how you don’t want to make any mistakes and hurt yourself.

I also understand you want clarity on exactly how the exercises you’re doing align with your goal.

My training has a clear goal, clear path and clear knowledge given that is all aligned with you through repeated conversations.

I want to make sure you find the fun in training so it doesn’t become a chore and I have a track record to prove that’s what I can do.

Excellent PT. Will gladly help those who wants to help themselves. He contests you holds me accountable. I’ve been trying to lose weight for months now. I chose to train with Marcus because he had sport specific knowledge and I had a lot of injuries from my sport. I’ve been training with Marcus for over 2 years now. He has helped me to strengthen my weaker areas and now I’m playing my sport faster and stronger than ever. Marcus has been there for me when I’ve been at my lowest and my highest. He’s been a friend and a PT. I would recommend him to anyone, which I have done with several people.
